Design Review

The Design Review Standards of the Association establish the policies and procedures for modifications or improvements to the exterior of the home. All homeowners are required to submit plans for review and approval by the Architectural Committee prior to beginning any work. 
 
 
The Design Review Committee will review your application and respond back within 45 days. The more complete and professional your submission is, the more likely it is to be reviewed and approved on the first time. Along with your architectural application, plans and $100 Processing Fee, please be sure to submit detailed drawings outlining what you plan to install. Your plans will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all the necessary items have been received.
